Reactamine Primer 28 is a single component resin formulation that is used as a bonding primer over a number of substrates including steel and concrete. It is particularly effective to promote adhesion of polyurea/polyurethane elastomers to steel substrates. It can also be used to prime and seal dry porous substrates such as concrete
